140 years ago it was started with the production of tahini halva in a small workshop in Konya Çıkrıkçılar by great grandfather , Mehmet Ali Efendi. Then this workshop was moved to Akşehir by his son Hacı Hüseyin Keskin

This traditional  profession is being kept on successfully with the help of modern technology by grandchildren Cafer Keskin and his son Hüseyin Keskin.

Hüseyin Keskin’s sons , grandsons ,for six generations , have been doing this occupation very successfully and they have never compromise on the quality and flavour for 140 years and named Ak-hel Food Industry. Now our factory has 12000 m2 open and 2500 m2 closed area. And 40% of manufactured products are being imported and %60 are being sold in internal market
